Automatic Coffee Bean Packing Machine Features and Applications
Core Functions: Fully automated coffee bean packaging process: Achieving fully automated operation from pre-made bag loading → bag unloading → bag opening → weighing and filling → degassing/tapping → sealing → coding → finished product output, requiring no manual intervention. Specifically designed for coffee bean granules.
Precise metering and non-destructive feeding: Equipped with a multi-head scale/linear scale, it precisely measures coffee beans, using a gentle horizontal feeding method to reduce breakage and peeling, ensuring bean integrity.
Freshness preservation and aroma retention: Can be equipped with a vacuum degassing/nitrogen filling device to remove air from the bag and fill it with inert gas, isolating oxygen and moisture to prevent oxidation, dampness, and aroma loss, extending shelf life.
Compatible with various bag types to meet market demands: Compatible with various pre-made bags such as zipper stand-up pouches, flat bottom pouches, pouches with one-way valves, and eight-side seal pouches, easily achieving professional coffee packaging with easy-tear openings and degassing valves.

Automatic Coffee Bean Packing Machine Features
1. Servo motor to control and high speed to work.
2. Easy to operate，adopt advanced PLC from Japan Mitsubishi, mate with touch screen and electric control system.
3. Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
4. Safty device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm。
5. The width of the bags could be adjusted by electrical motor. Press the control-button could adjust the width of clips, easy operation and save time.
6. It matches with the glass safety door. The machine will stop working when you open the door. So that it could protect the safety of operators. At the same time, it could prevent dust.
7.Use the plastic bearing for liquid products to resist the rust.
