We have spare parts coming together with our food packaging machine, they are easy broken parts, we have one set, which are enough for two years usage. If customers need extra ones, they can buy from us or from local industry store.
Normally we have the spare parts in stock, the delivery time is 3-7days by DHL, FEDEX, UPS or EMS.
Please show us pictures of the spare parts you need, PI or serial number of customer order and we will figure out the parts specifications.
We take responsibility for manufacturing defect. If the parts get broken with parts quality, we will send them to supplier and they will check what cause the problem. If it is our mistake, we will send one to customer for free. However, if the parts get broken by accident or fault of local technicians, customers should be in charge of it and pay us for the extra set.
