How Our Powder Packaging Line Works

Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) Machine

A servo-driven vertical bagger (max film width 1200mm) that automatically performs film unwinding, bag forming, precise filling, and sealing. Its customizable servo configuration (1-5 motors) offers flexibility for complex bag styles.

Auger Filler

The heart of the powder dosing system. This precision auger filler allows for accurate weight setting via touch screen, storing 20-50 recipes. It ensures high-speed, consistent filling for both free-flowing and cohesive powders.

Screw Conveyor with Safety Enclosure

This enclosed system (available in SS304/SS316) ensures dust-free, hygienic transfer of powder from the supply hopper to the filling station, preventing contamination and product loss.

Finished Product Conveyor

Transports sealed bags to the next stage. Available in PVC, PU, or chain bucket types, and can be customized in size to fit your plant layout.

Metal Detector & Checkweigher Combo

This integrated unit inspects sealed bags for metal contaminants and verifies fill weight against set parameters, ensuring 100% product safety and weight compliance.

Collection Table

Serves as a buffer station for manual cartoning or integration with automated case packing systems.
