Doypack Powder Packing Machine Applications and Functions
The horizontal powder packaging machine is a horizontal automated packaging equipment designed for powder/powder materials. Its core function is to automatically complete metering, filling, sealing, coding and finished product output. It is especially suitable for powders that are prone to dust and have poor flowability, taking into account hygiene, precision and efficiency.

1.Automatic Metering: Employs screw/weighing metering with an accuracy of ±0.5%~±1%, suitable for powders ranging from 10g to 5kg (such as milk powder, seasoning powder, and chemical powder).
2.Horizontal Bag Feeding/Making: Horizontal bag feeding/making, compatible with pre-made bags (stand-up pouches, zipper bags) or roll film bags, resulting in flat bags and aesthetically pleasing seals.
3.Dust-Free Filling: Closed feeding + negative pressure dust removal suppresses dust overflow, suitable for ultrafine powders and high-value powders (such as pharmaceuticals and lithium battery materials).
4.Sealing and Coding: Secure heat sealing/pressure sealing, with optional nitrogen filling for preservation and vacuum degassing; simultaneous printing of production date and batch number.
5.Fully Automated Process: From bag picking, opening, filling, sealing to output, no manual intervention is required.
