Doypack Bag Packing Machine+4 head scale Features and advantages
This machine integrates weighing, feeding, bag forming, filling, sealing and coding. Equipped with 4-head linear weigher, it is ideal for various granular materials with high accuracy and stable performance, widely used in food, agriculture and daily chemical industries.
1. Four independent weighing hoppers with high-precision sensors work alternately to boost efficiency. Weighing accuracy within ±1%. Suitable for single material or mixed granules packaging.
2. Material contact parts adopt SUS304 stainless steel, anti-rust and corrosion resistant, meeting food safety standards. Detachable hoppers for easy cleaning.
3. Equipped with PLC and bilingual touch screen. Support parameter setting and formula storage. Simple operation for all operators.
4. Compatible with 3-side seal, back seal, 4-side seal pouches and various packing films. Adjustable weighing range for different requirements
5. Compact structure with small footprint, cost-effective and reliable. Low failure rate and easy daily maintenance.
1. Servo motor to control and high speed to work.
2. Easy to operate，adopt advanced PLC from Japan Mitsubishi, mate with touch screen and electric control system.
3. Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
4. Safty device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm。
5. The width of the bags could be adjusted by electrical motor. Press the control-button could adjust the width of clips, easy operation and save time.
6. It matches with the glass safety door. The machine will stop working when you open the door. So that it could protect the safety of operators. At the same time, it could prevent dust.
7.Use the plastic bearing for liquid products to resist the rust.
