Working Principle
The bottle blocking mechanism blocks the bottles sent by the previous device at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The pills enter the medicine bin in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate. The counting photoelectric sensor is installed on the medicine bin. The pills falling into the medicine bin are quantitatively counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then put into the bottle at the bottling position.

(3) High dust resistance: Adopting the company's original high dust resistance photoelectric sensing technology, it can work stably under high dust conditions;
(4) Accurate counting: Photoelectric sensor counts automatically, and the bottling error is less than the national standard;
(5) The special structure of the nozzle can prevent drug blockage, and the medicine bottle with a small bottle mouth can also be bottled quickly;
(6) High degree of intelligence, with multiple detection and alarm control functions such as no counting without bottle and fault self-detection;
(7) Functional support: The photoelectric sensor automatically detects the lack of bottles and automatically shuts down;
