Yes. Every new TOP Y machine includes on-site installation and commissioning plus 2–3 days of operator training for up to five people, covering setup, changeover, cleaning and basic troubleshooting. Remote video commissioning is available free of charge if you prefer to install in house.
What on-site installation includes
- Mechanical and electrical installation – levelling, wiring, and air and power connection
- Trial run with your product and film – speed, fill weight and seal parameters locked in and recorded
- Operator training – 2–3 days, up to 5 operators, hands-on on the running machine
- Maintenance training – for your own engineer: daily checks, wear parts, fault codes
