Horizontal Packaging Machine

The core bag forming and sealing unit. This servo-motor-driven machine provides precise film control to perform bag making, date printing/coding, and sealing (three-side, four-side, or stand-up pouches). Its large film roll capacity reduces changeover downtime.

Multihead Combination Weighing Scale

The heart of our precision weighing system. This advanced multihead weigher uses multiple weigh buckets and computer-calculated combinations to achieve high-speed operation and exceptional accuracy (±0.2-1.5g for granules), minimizing giveaway and ensuring exact bag weights.

Working Platform

This stainless steel (SS304) platform, which includes integrated handrails and stairs, provides a safe and ergonomic operating station for personnel. It allows for easy access, monitoring, and maintenance of the granule packaging system components at an optimal working height, ensuring both operator safety and operational efficiency.

Z-type Elevator with Vibratory Feeder

This granule feeding system gently conveys bulk product upward. Its integrated vibratory feeder ensures a consistent, controlled flow into the weighing stage, preventing clogs and bridging to maintain optimal line efficiency.

Finished Product Conveyor

This packaging line conveyor gently transfers filled and sealed bags away. Available in PVC, PU, or chain bucket types, it can be customized in length and width to fit your plant layout, ensuring smooth transit to the next stage, such as cartoning.

Collection Table or System

Acting as a temporary buffer or collection point, this table organizes the sealed bags for manual boxing or easy integration with downstream automation equipment like case packers.
